Paint & Chill – A Creative Hangout for Tweens & Teens NEW DATE! Friday Sep 19th | 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM | Catapult Academy Looking for a fun and creative way to wind down on a Friday night? Join us at Catapult Academy for Paint & Chill, a relaxed art night designed just for tweens and teens ages 11 to 15! From 6 to 8 PM, enjoy a guided painting session, sip on refreshing lemonade, snack on treats, and hang out with friends in a welcoming, judgment-free space. No experience needed — just bring your creativity and come as you are. All art supplies provided. Space is limited — Register today! Please note: All participants must register and pay online in advance. Registration closes at 12:00 PM on the day of the event. No walk-ins will be accepted. Questions? Cancellation Policy
Thank you for joining us for Paint & Chill, a creative evening event designed for tweens and teens! To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all, please review the following policies: • Registration & Payment All registrations must be completed and payment received before the session begins. Full payment is required at the time of registration through our website. • Ages Paint & Chill is open to participants ages 11 to 15. • Drop-off & Pick-up Please arrive on time for the 6:00 PM start. Pick-up is promptly at 8:00 PM. A late fee of $15 per 15 minutes will apply for late pick-up. • Authorized Pick-up Only individuals listed on the registration form may pick up your child. A valid ID may be required. • Emergency Contact Parent/guardian contact information is required for emergency purposes. Please provide accurate and current details when registering. • Health Policy To maintain a healthy environment, please keep your child home if they are sick. Anyone showing signs of illness during the session may be sent home. • Allergies & Special Needs Inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs at the time of registration so we can best accommodate your child. • Behavior Expectations Respect for instructors, peers, and materials is expected at all times. We aim to create a safe, welcoming space for creative expression. • Refund Policy Cancellations made at least 3 days before the session will receive an 80% refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be given for same-day cancellations or no-shows. • Sessions are not transferable. • Snacks & Drinks Light snacks and lemonade will be provided (no nuts). If your child has dietary restrictions, you’re welcome to send a snack and a water bottle. • What to Wear We suggest wearing clothes that can get messy — creativity sometimes means paint splashes! • Photos & Videos Photos and videos may be taken for promotional use. If you do not wish your child to appear in media, please notify us in writing at info@catapult-art.com. • Questions? We’re happy to assist with any questions.
