Art Academy

Catapult's idea sparked during the pandemic close-out when everybody was working and studying from home.   Founded by Carmen Flores, a  visual artist and mother of two elementary-aged kids, creating art  saved them during those months. Carmen, originally from Mexico, holds a BFA in Painting from Universidad de las Americas Puebla. She moved to Texas in 2010, after graduating from her Masters in Art in Painting from the Savannah College of Art and Design, in Georgia.  Carmen has been instructing art for 10+ years privately. Flores' goal is to help students, young and adult,  to achieve success in school, work and life, through ART.
