Service Description

This is a Full Keyboard Music Class, we focus on nurturing artistic habits that will lay the foundation for musical excellence. Music classes are tailored to bring out each student's personality and help them advance to the higher levels. Students will learn using the Pronto method that guarantees learning at a faster pace. Practicing at home will be a fun adventure because our students will enjoy free access to the Maestro Joyful Tunes App (apple). Young musicians will be introduced to vocal training fundamentals. Students' recital will be held at the end of the semester, in December 2024. Books and piano maestro app (for apple) are included, no registration fee. About cost: Class is $150 monthly if enrolled in monthly automatic payments. Class is $160 if payment is submitted month to month. There are 4 classes per month. Months with 5 classes, will count towards months with 3 classes due to holidays. All levels accepted. About CYNTHIA LARA, music mentor: Mrs. Cynthia Lara brings a wealth of experience, passion, and dedication to her role as a music mentor at Catapult. With a Bachelor in Music Education from Texas Lutheran College, she has built a robust career in music education that spans over two decades. For the past seven years, Mrs. Lara has been the driving force behind one of Richmond's community choirs, where she has not only led but also inspired singers of all ages and backgrounds. Her leadership in this role has fostered a vibrant musical community and provided countless individuals with the opportunity to experience the joy of choral singing. Mrs. Lara has an extensive background in private music instruction. Over the last 20 years, she has helped numerous young students develop their musical skills, whether they are just beginning their journey or seeking to refine their talents. Cancellation Policy

Welcome to the Spring Semester 2024 at Catapult Gallery Academy. We are excited to start creating music with you. Semester commitment and duration. By signing up your student(s) in this music class you are committing to the entire semester from, January 9th to May 29th, 2024, to witness and actively track student(s) advancement. Your commitment will offer a clearer view of your progress, allowing for a deeper growth of your skills and ensuring participation in the upcoming students’ recital in May. The Catapult students’ recital is a great opportunity to introduce them to an audience, to show their skills and to celebrate with them their accomplishments of the semester. Make-up class policy. We understand that unexpected circumstances can sometimes lead to missed classes. If a student misses a class due to illness, we offer a make-up class option. Please note, we do not offer refunds for missed classes. Our make-up class sessions are scheduled on the 1st Thursday of each month at 5:30pm. Each make-up class session is 30 minutes, allowing students to catch up on missed content. To schedule a make-up class please email to info@catapult-art.com or call (281)714-7061. Special additional classes. When the recital is approaching, if students need an extra session for fine tuning their recital melody, the music instructor offers extra sessions at an additional cost. Registration once semester started. Enrolling in the music class after semester started will be case by case, after a short interview with the music mentor. Cancellation policy. To cancel your participation in the music class before the semester ends, please send a written notice, one month in advance, to info@catapult-art.com. Early cancellations will incur in a one month ($150) early cancellation fee per student.
