CATAPULT offers a progressive art curriculum. Students will learn foundations of art, color, and design: elements of art, color theory, art appreciation, composition, perspective, etc. They will learn different techniques like: graphite, charcoal, color pencils, ink, watercolor, acrylics, pastels, mixed media and more. Art levels are mixed, young artists learn the same class content, but each young artist creates an art project according to his/her age and level of skills. Also, our classes are focused on helping students to practice and develop leadership skills like: public speaking, problem solving, decision making, and assertive communication. CATAPULT's students art shows will be hosted on December 2024 Catapult's students Annual Art Competition is every April. The art shows give students the opportunity to practice their communication skills during their presentations, also is an amazing way to celebrate their accomplishments of the semester. Make-up class policy: If students missed a class, they can do a make-up class in one of the other schedules. Art classes schedule: Mon 5:30-6:45pm Tue 5:30-6:45pm Wed 5:30-6:45pm Thu 5:30-6:45pm Fri 10:45am-12pm Sat 10:45am-12pm To schedule a make up class please email to info@catapult-art.com Art classes are held once a week and last 1hr 15min. The month to month cost for 4-classes is $148. If you enroll in a reoccurring plan (monthly auto payments)you can enjoy a discounted rate of $133. Additionally to the monthly tuition, there's a supplies recovery fee that is due at the beginning of the semester, $75 and prorated according to the student's start date. Catapult is committed to deliver 4 classes per month. For the months with five classes, the additional class (the fifth class) will count towards the months with three classes due to holidays. Please note our classes run all year long, classes in the afternoon continue over the summer in the regular schedule, most of our students continue attending during June and July.
